5. Booking and Payment
- Booking a vehicle through ZAM requires accurate information about renter identity, payment, and rental duration.
- Payments must be made using accepted payment methods before the reservation is confirmed.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until booking is finalized.
- Late returns, cancellations, no-shows, or damages may incur additional fees as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented vehicle.
- You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- Smoking, illegal activities, or unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.
- Report any accidents, damages, or malfunctions to ZAM immediately.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service for:
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Misrepresenting your identity or information.
- Attempting to disrupt or harm ZAM’s website or services.
- Transferring or reselling rental bookings without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ZAM’s website, including logos, text, images, software, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by ZAM and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use such content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of ZAM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- ZAM provides the platform to facilitate car rentals but is not the vehicle owner or direct service provider.
- We do not guarantee the availability, condition, or suitability of any vehicle listed.
- ZAM is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your rental experience or use of the website.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZAM, its affiliates, and their respective employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
